Registration & Enrollment Policy

Welcome to CT International Academy. Our registration and enrollment process is designed to be transparent and straightforward to ensure a smooth start to your educational journey with us. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Registration Process

To register for any of our premium language or professional programs, prospective students must complete the official online application form provided on our portal. A non-refundable administrative registration fee is required at the time of submission to process the application and secure your intent to study.

2. Enrollment Requirements

Enrollment is considered official only upon receipt of the full tuition payment or the first installment of a pre-approved payment plan. Students are required to provide valid identification and must fulfill any specific academic or linguistic prerequisites listed for their chosen course of study.

3. Online Portal Access

Upon finalization of enrollment, students will receive unique credentials to access CT International Academy's online learning environment. These credentials are personal and strictly non-transferable. Sharing access or distributing academy materials may result in immediate suspension without refund.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

We understand that circumstances may change. Cancellations requested more than 14 days prior to the course start date are eligible for a full refund of tuition fees. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to the start date qualify for a 50% refund. Please note that once a course has officially commenced, no refunds or credits will be issued.

5. Academic Integrity

All students are expected to maintain the highest standards of integrity. CT International Academy reserves the right to terminate enrollment in cases of plagiarism, harassment, or persistent disruptive behavior that affects the learning experience of our international community.

6. Language Proficiency Prerequisites

Certain advanced language courses require proof of existing proficiency level through an entrance assessment or recognized certification. If a student is found to be below the required level after course commencement, CT International Academy reserves the right to transfer them to a more suitable level without tuition adjustment.

7. Technical Prerequisites

Students are responsible for ensuring they possess the necessary hardware and stable internet connection to participate in online lectures and access curriculum materials. Technical failure on the student's part does not constitute grounds for refund or course extension.

8. Course Schedules and Modifications

CT International Academy reserves the right to modify course schedules, instructors, or curriculum content to better serve academic outcomes. In the rare event of a course cancellation by the Academy, students will be offered a full refund or a credit toward a future enrollment.

9. Attendance and Participation

Consistent attendance is vital for linguistic and professional mastery. For synchronous programs, a minimum attendance rate of 80% is required to be eligible for certification upon completion of the course.

10. Certificate Issuance

Official Academy certificates are issued only to students who have successfully met the academic assessment criteria and have no outstanding financial obligations. Certificates are delivered digitally unless a physical copy is specifically requested and a shipping fee is paid.

11. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, PDFs, interactive tools, and recorded lectures, remain the exclusive intellectual property of CT International Academy. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of these materials is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal data collected during registration and enrollment is handled in accordance with international data protection regulations. We do not sell or share student information with third parties for marketing purposes.

13. Professional Conduct

Students must interact respectfully with peers and staff across all communication channels, including forums and live sessions. Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination will result in immediate dismissal with no refund.

14. Appeals Process

Students appearing for academic assessments or disciplinary reviews have the right to appeal Academy decisions. Appeals must be submitted in writing to the administrative department within 7 business days of the decision.

15. Liability Release

CT International Academy is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our educational services. Our total liability is limited to the extent of tuition fees paid by the student.

16. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, internet failure, or global health emergencies.
